This a telehealth-only service and we are supporting people at a distance, we do not currently have the capacity to service complex or high-risk referrals, including presentations requiring frequent crisis intervention, intensive multidisciplinary coordination, or where face-to-face treatment is essential for safety or engagement. All appointment requests will be triaged by our clinical team, and non-acceptance will be discussed directly with the client.

The number of appointments available each week for bulk billing is capped by Squiggle Psychology and is subject to change. You will be notified if we cannot offer bulk billing for your appointment. Once a client has begun their mental health care plan on the bulk billing fee schedule, they remain eligible for no gap fees until that care plan is void, expired, no longer eligible for medicare rebates or if condition 5 is applicable.
